Our mission is to identify the Razavi trusts, trustees and beneficiaries, and determine the rightful custodianship of the Astan-e Quds-e Razavi (Mashhad, Iran). Due to the mass corruption of the current regime in Iran, no one will answer for the embezzlement and the theft of the billions of dollars of assets. As such, the separation of religion and government, and the establishment of a democracy that values the rule of law are required. Al Razavi Heritage Foundation has been litigating the government of Iran and various organizations and individuals in Iran. The Foundation has discovered that the Ministry of Justice and the entire system in Iran is corrupt. The Foundation will continue to litigate the issue of the Razavi trusts, both domestically and internationally, to bring all the individuals responsible for the corruption to justice. Al Razavi Heritage Foundation will lobby against those countries and companies that continue to support this regime from the future economic development of Iran.
Al Razavi Heritage Foundation has a legal cause of action against the following entities and individuals and seeks judicial redress from their assets both inside and outside of Iran: Astan-e Quds-e Razavi, Department of Trusts and Endowments, Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps, Ministry of Information and Security, Ministry of Intelligence and Security, Office of Faramin Imam Khomeini, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Energy, Mashhad Water and Waste Water Company, Office of the Governor (Khorasan Razavi), Office of the Mayor (Mashhad), Revolutionary Court (Mashhad), Ali Khamenei, Abbas Vaez Tabasi, Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani, Mahmoud Hashemi Shahroudi, Ebrahim Raisi, Morteza Bakhtiari, Mr. Najmi, Chief Warden Alizadeh, Ali Akbar Yasaghi, Dr. Keshvari, Mohsen Mehralizadeh, Habibolah Bitaraf, Ali Shariatmadari, The family of Hossein Sangani (deceased), Ghavamzadeh Razavi family (Jafar, Ahmad, Bahram, Mehdi and Hashem (deceased)), Ali Taghizadeh, Abol-Ghasem Akhlaghipour, Reza Khazai, and Mohammad Khazai, among others.
